At DD Ventures, we are committed to delivering your pet essentials safely and swiftly across India. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery partners, and shipping costs.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express delivery options across most pin codes in India.
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on location.
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select metro cities).
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly on our website using the "Track Order" page.
4. Damages & Issues
DD Ventures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at support@ddventures.com so we can assist you.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within the borders of India.
